BEVERLY HILLS ROMANCE
We met at work. He was in the Finance Department and I was in Marketing.
He proposed on Henly Beach in Santa Barbara. Little did I know, my brother and mom were hiding in the public parking lot. Afterwards, they surprised me at Hotel Belmond El Encanto, where we ultimately wed.
I found the dress online and fell in love with it. I called Amsale asking where I could find it and immediately went to Saks in Beverley Hills as it was there! It was the first dress I tried on. After trying on 30 other options, I knew it was the one.
The wedding was at Belmond El Encanto in Santa Barbara. We chose it because we celebrated our engagement there and I spent many years at the hotel with my family growing up. It was also a special place for my late father, so it holds a very special place in our families’ hearts.
I love this photo because we had just finished cocktail hour with all of our friends and family and were about to walk into dinner when our photographer grabbed us for a couple of impromptu shots. We are just so happy here and knew the night was just beginning. It was the perfect moment.
