Bridal appointments require an appointment. For a guaranteed one-on-one experience while exploring our Ready-to-Wear, Bridal Party/Guest Of, and Little White Dress collections, we recommend scheduling an appointment. However, walk-in clients are also welcome.
A $50 credit card hold is required to reserve all appointments and will be released after your visit. We ask that appointments be changed or canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
How can I check my order status?
Create or sign in to your AMSALE Account to check the status of your order. Once your order ships, tracking information will also be sent by email.
Your AMSALE account can also be used to schedule appointments and begin a return.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, without exception. Merchandise must be new, unworn, and returned in its original packaging, including hangers and garment bags.
A $25 restocking fee applies to returns within the contiguous United States. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and international locations.
Once the garment is received and has passed inspection, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees. Expedited shipping and rush-production fees are nonrefundable.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made before a promotion began or to pre-sale purchases.
How can I determine the best size to order?
Every silhouette fits slightly differently. Consult our How to Measure video or view our Size Guide on the product page. You can also email your measurements (bust, underbust, waist, and hip) along with your preferred style to customerservice@amsale.com for a personalized sizing recommendation.
Can I expedite my order?
Ready-to-ship styles typically arrive within five to seven business days with complimentary standard ground shipping. Two-day and overnight shipping options may be available at checkout.
Preorder styles will ship on or around the estimated date provided on the product page.
Does AMSALE offer price matching?
We may match a lower advertised price for the same AMSALE dress in the identical color and size, provided it is currently in stock on AMSALE.com. Please email the product details to customerservice@amsale.com for review and assistance placing your order at the matched price.
Where can I shop the AMSALE Bridesmaids collection?

You can also schedule a personalized virtual appointment from the comfort of your home with a stylist from our AMSALE Flagship.

What is the price range?
AMSALE Bridesmaids dresses range from $300 to $360.
How far in advance should I begin dress shopping?
We recommend ordering bridesmaid dresses at least five months before the wedding to allow 12 weeks for made-to-order production, plus time for shipping and any alterations that you may need.
What does “made-to-order” mean?
Each dress is produced after the order is placed according to our standard size chart—not custom measurements—and takes approximately 12 weeks to produce.

What is the bridesmaids return policy?
Bridesmaids' dresses are made-to-order, just for you, so all purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I select a size?
Please refer to our Size Guide or contact customerservice@amsale.com for personalized sizing recommendations. Although each dress is made-to-order, it is produced according to our standard size chart—not custom measurements.
Do you offer sizes above 32?
If you don’t see your size listed in our Size Guide, we offer made-to-measure service for a more personalized fit. Contact customerservice@amsale.com to discuss sizing, the ordering process, and the best option for you.
Can I order additional length?
Yes. Five inches may be added to any bridesmaid's dress for an additional $20. We generally recommend extra length for anyone 5'8" or taller, whether you’ll be wearing flats or heels, to allow sufficient length for an ideal finished hem during alterations.
What do you recommend for pregnant or postpartum bridesmaids?
We offer select maternity styles constructed with a D-cup rather than the standard B-cup used in most AMSALE dresses. We generally recommend ordering two sizes larger during pregnancy to provide room for fitting and alterations.
How can I check my order status?
Sign in to your AMSALE Account to check your order status. Once your order ships, tracking information will also be sent by email.

Which bridesmaid fabrics are available?
Our Bridesmaids collection includes crepe, faille, flat chiffon, and fluid satin. Our fabrics are offered in a wide range of colors and select prints.
Can I order a bridesmaids dress in ivory?
Ivory is not available for individual bridesmaid dress orders. Ivory dresses may be ordered for an entire bridesmaids party or graduations. Please contact our team to discuss availability and ordering requirements.

When should I begin shopping for my wedding gown?
We recommend beginning your search 8–12 months before your wedding date. Production timelines range from 3 to 10 months, depending on the gown’s style, fabrication, and level of detail. We also recommend allowing up to three months for alterations.

How do I book a Flagship appointment?

What can I expect during my Flagship appointment?
You’ll work one-on-one with an experienced Bridal Stylist who will guide you through our collections and help you find the gown that feels uniquely yours.
Located in the heart of SoHo, our Flagship is home to our two bridal collections, AMSALE and Nouvelle Amsale, as well as our Bridesmaids, Mother Of, Ready-to-Wear, and Little White Dress collections.

How many guests may I bring to my appointment?
Typically, brides bring one to three guests. While we recommend a smaller group for a more focused experience, we are happy to welcome your loved ones.
Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
We do our best to ensure the process is seamless, so we provide shoes, accessories, etc. for your appointment. You are also welcome to bring anything that may help you make your selection.
May I take photos?
Absolutely. We encourage you to take photos throughout your appointment. Seeing your gown from different angles can be a helpful part of the decision-making process and we’re delighted for you to document this special experience.
What is the price range of your bridal gowns?
AMSALE: $4,200–$15,000
Nouvelle Amsale: $2,000–$4,500

Which dress sizes are available?
Our New York City Flagship offers try-on samples in sizes 2–20, with most sample gowns available in size 8. Bridal gowns may be ordered in sizes 00–28.
If your size is not listed in our Size Guide, made-to-measure service is available for a more personalized fit. Our team will be happy to guide you through sizing and help determine the best option for you.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes. Our expert atelier team specializes in tailoring AMSALE gowns to ensure the perfect fit. Alterations are completed on-site at our New York City Flagship by the same skilled craftspeople who understand the construction and craftsmanship behind every design.
Our $995 alterations fee includes fittings, bustling, final pressing, and gown preparation. Additional customizations and design modifications may incur additional fees.

What does “made-to-order” mean?
Each AMSALE gown is created exclusively for its bride. Once your order is placed, our atelier team begins crafting your gown using our made-to-order process, ensuring exceptional quality, precision, and craftsmanship from start to finish. Production timing varies by gown, fabrication, and level of detail.
Can I order a gown with an expedited timeline?
Rush production may be available depending on the gown’s style, fabrication, and construction. Additional fees may apply.

What is the return policy?
Every AMSALE bridal gown is thoughtfully made-to-order, ensuring it is created specifically for you. As a result, all bridal gown purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
