Our bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, accessories and swatches are not eligible for return or exchange, and are final sale.

Items in our Little White and Evening collections are eligible for return on a product by product basis - please refer to the Return section per product page, or to the item in your cart to confirm eligibility. Certain beadings and fabrications will display “final sale” at checkout (due to their delicate nature.) 

Eligible items in the Little White Dress and Evening collections must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, stained, washed or altered (whether by tailor or otherwise) in any way. 

All packaging shipped with your order must be returned (including garment bags and hangers.) Items should be returned in the original box (or one of equal size.)

We recommend trying on purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.

Returns must be mailed back within 5 days of printing the label.

Please note: there is a $25 restocking fee for all eligible returns within the contiguous United States and a 15% restocking fee for all eligible returns from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, or International locations. All refunds (minus returning shipping fees) will be issued to your method of payment once the item is received by Amsale and passed through Quality Control. Please note - any rush production fees or expedited shipping charges are not eligible for refund. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
