In Stock items will ship within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping is free for all orders over $75. Overnight or 2-Day shipping options are available at checkout. Please note, signature is required for all dress deliveries. This is to ensure the safe delivery of your Amsale dress, no exceptions are made to this policy. Swatches ship at a flat rate of $1.95. Signature is not required for swatch deliveries.

Return Policy

Eligible for return within 14 days.

Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, stained, washed, or altered (whether by tailor or otherwise) in any way.

All packaging shipped with your order must be returned (including garment bags and hangers). Items should be returned in the original box (or one of equal size.)

We recommend trying on purchased items once received to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.

Returns must be mailed back within 5 days of printing the label.

Please note: There is a $25 restocking fee for all eligible returns within the contiguous United States and a 15% restocking fee for all eligible returns from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, or International locations. All refunds (minus returning shipping fees) will be issued to your method of payment once the item is received by Amsale and passed through Quality Control.

Please note—any rush production fees or expedited shipping charges are not eligible for refund. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
