Shipping

Ship times for orders may vary depending on product type and production time - please see estimated delivery date above or per product at checkout. To request rush production or expedited shipping, please contact customerservice@amsale.com for assistance or call or text 212-583-1700. Standard shipping is free for all orders over $75. Swatches ship at a flat rate of $1.95. Please note, signature is required for all dress deliveries. This is to ensure the safe delivery of your Amsale dress, no exceptions are made to this policy. Signature is not required for swatch deliveries.

For international shipments, please reach out to customerservice@amsale.com for estimates on shipping rates. For all destinations outside the US, duties and taxes are owed by the recipient at the time of delivery.

Return policies

Items in the Little White Dress and Evening collections are eligible for return on a product by product basis - certain beadings and fabrications will display “final sale” at checkout (due to their delicate nature.)

Eligible items in the Little White Dress and Evening collections must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, stained, washed or altered (whether by tailor or otherwise) in any way.

Return labels for eligible items can be generated within 14 days of delivery, no exceptions. Please note there is a $25 return shipping fee.

All packaging (including garment bags and hangers) shipped with your order must be returned. Items should be returned in the original box (or one of equal size.)

All refunds (minus a $25 return shipping fee) will be issued to your method of payment once the item is received by Amsale and passed through Quality Control. Please note - any rush production fees or expedited shipping charges are not eligible for refund. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please note orders shipping outside the US are not eligible for return and considered final sale.
